(1) Vendor needs to provide managed print services to the government authority located in Mercedes, TX. – Managed print services (MPS) and maintenance all–inclusive cost–per–page (CPP) rates for mono (black & white) and color prints, explicitly stating what supplies.– Speeds ranging from 32 to 60 PPM. Capabilities include Print, Copy, Scan, and standard/optional Fax functionalities. – Features include automatic duplex printing, standard input trays trays, multipurpose bypass trays, cabinet stands, and automatic document feeders, and automatic document feeders.– Fully manage the removal and return shipping of the currently installed copiers and printers.– Providing managed print services and maintaining local service and support coverage. – Capabilities include Print, Copy, Scan, and Fax. – A4 monochrome desktop printers.– 15 Desktop printers.– 12 Monochrome (B&W) devices and 3 color devices.– Service level agreement (SLA) and support.
