Comprehensive Plan

Town of Clayton is seeking proposals for a New Comprehensive Plan. The Plan will need to set the stage for the Clayton of tomorrow, accounts for land use challenges of a fast-growing town in a metropolitan area. The new plan will need to direct Clayton’s development and growth trajectories in greenfield development, fiscally vibrant land uses, community enhancements, sensitivity to the environment, proactively support infill opportunities, and resiliency to acute weather events
