(1) Vendor needs to provide after–hours answering services.– Provide after–hours answering services for the entirety of agency as well as business hours answering services.– Receives approximately 6,600 after–hours calls each year with each call lasting approximately 4 minutes, which includes both incoming and outgoing calls.– Minutes charged shall only be for the successful bidder’s agent’s on–air phone time.– Agency require a toll–free telephone number to call forward to if the contractor’s number is long distance.– The Contractor shall perform after–hours answering services during all of the following dates and times:– All Weeknights. 4:30 PM CST – 8:00 AM CST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.– All Weekends. Starting at 4:30 PM CST on Fridays until 8:00 AM CST on Mondays.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
