INSU-6241 - USA (Waynesboro, Georgia) - Supplemental Benefits Brokerage and Enrollment Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental benefits brokerage and enrollment services to the government authority located in Waynesboro, GA. – Provide professional brokerage and consulting services associated with the placement, implementation, and ongoing servicing of voluntary employee benefits insurance policies.  – Broker will assist in securing comprehensive and cost–effective insurance coverage, provide consultation, provide on–line enrollment platform, provide on–site open enrollment education, provide on–site open enrollment services and deliver ongoing support to meet the agency's needs. • Insurance placement and renewal:– Identify and secure competitive insurance supplemental benefits proposals– Provide recommendations on policy terms, conditions, and limits.– Facilitate the annual renewal process, ensuring timely submission of applications and proposals.• Employee benefits support:  – Assist in designing and managing supplemental benefits programs.– Provide digital and on–site education and enrollment support.– Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations.• Ongoing support and communication:– Act as a liaison between the agency and insurance carriers.– Provide regular updates on market trends and emerging risks.– Deliver training and educational resources for staff as needed.– Provide quarterly claims reporting.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
