(1) Vendor needs to provide threat assessment and management consulting services. – The consultant should have access to the association of threat assessment professionals (ATAP) certified threat managers (CTMs) with expertise and experience in threat assessment planning and threat assessment and management (TAM) team development.– Training, exercise facilitation, policy procedure creation, program evaluation, community outreach, development of communication plan and the ability to integrate and train evidence–based threat assessment tools.
