(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based airport identity management system. – Provide Airport Identity Management System (AIDMS) and maintenance and support services.– New system will be a fully–functional commercial off–the–shelf (COTS) AIDMS that will enhance the security and operational efficiency of the airport’s Security Access Office (SAO) in issuing credentials to authorized personnel at the airport.– Supporting future integration of biometric templates for enhanced identity verification.– New system will feature a secure web portal that allows credential applicants and Authorized Signatories (AS) to submit and manage data electronically.– Providing open APIs and SDKs for interface customization and third–party integrations.– Tracking and validating completion of mandatory training prior to credential issuance.– Web–based application for applicants and submit and manage badging requests.– AIDMS shall include a secure, public–facing web portal that enables to submit badging applications online.– Data will be automatically integrated into the AIDMS, allowing trusted agents to access and process applications during the applicant’s in–person visit to the SAO.– Automating background check submissions.– Accessibility of web content and mobile applications.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) Pre–bid non–mandatory meeting will be held on November 10, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
