(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological services to the government authority located in Old Bridge, NJ.– Appoint a psychologist or group to provide Psychological services to the Township Police Department.– Responsibilities will include examinations and consultations for the police department. applicants shall perform psychological screening for new recruits, as well as fitness for duty and post critical incident evaluation for the police department.– All examinations must meet state and federal requirements and follow guidelines of the international association of chiefs of police and the township.– Able to schedule examinations and consultations within twenty–four (24) to forty–eight (48) hours from notification by the township.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
