Regional Transit Mobile Ticketing

The Transit Agencies are seeking proposals for a regional, account-based fare payment system that supports fixed-route and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) services. The system shall provide mobile ticketing, open-loop payments, fare validation equipment, optional Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs), comprehensive system management and reporting, and integration with existing transit technologies. The solution must support regional interoperability, future service expansion, and a seamless, secure, and accessible fare payment experience for riders across participating transit agencies.
