Vendor needs to provide consultant bridge engineer and inspection services to the government authority located in St. Paul, MN.– Observe the means and methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction used by the Construction Contractor to verify they are in accordance with the reviewed submittals. These include: cable–tensioning installation, stressing, grouting, and painting.– Pier cap concrete repair – removal area and depth monitoring and control Bridge jacking, beam seat, and bearing work.– Assist with interpreting the plans and specifications and answer questions from the Construction contractor and State construction staff.– Ensure contractor compliance with approved staging sequence including construction equipment loads during different stages and how to stop contractor when needed. Must have a procedure in place to address non–conforming operations
