The City of Oakland, Office of Homelessness Solutions (OHS) seeks qualified firms to provide mobile, street-based outreach services to individuals and families experiencing unsheltered homelessness throughout Oakland. The selected contractor shall provide person-centered, trauma-informed culturally responsive, and housing-focused street outreach to individuals living in encampments, vehicles, RVs, sidewalks, tents, public rights-of-way, and other unsheltered locations.
