RNG Maintenance Shop and Office Building

Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Project Title , located at Project Address . This project involves the construction of a combined office and maintenance shop building to service the needs of the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Facility located at Dane County Landfill Site No. 2, and the demolition of the existing maintenance shop upon completion of the new building, and is being delivered under a lump sum contract. The goal of this project is to upgrade outdated infrastructure and provide RNG staff with permanent office space and break area. Work is expected to be performed in coordination with landfill operations and RNG facility operations , and must comply with all applicable county specifications, ordinances, local permitting requirements, or prevailing wage laws. Interested vendors should have demonstrated experience in site civil and building construction and the ability to manage projects of similar size and complexity.
