(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.– Provide professional services including design and construction administration.– State’s attorney office renovation of 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th floors, criminal courts administration building.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for seven years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
