(1) Vendor needs to provide security clearance processing service to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL. • Requirement the commander, patrol and reconnaissance wing eleven requires contractor services to provide professional, administrative, and technical support • Perform a range of administrative security support functions, including processing security clearances, managing personnel security records in DISS, providing helpdesk support, and supporting security programs.• Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy personnel security records.• Conduct Government–approved indoctrinations of new personnel in special security requirements for the command.• Document and maintain records, in accordance with existing policy, of random entry and exit inspections.• Conduct and maintain records of alarm tests at least quarterly.
