(1) Vendor needs to provide facility wide security video surveillance equipment and support services to provide a complete, turn–key Video Surveillance Camera System (CCTV) across three campuses to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.• Visibility of vehicle license plates at all entry/exit gates,• Farebox vault area within bus barn service lanes,• Clear visibility of customers/transactions at customer service kiosk at Union Station,• Complete removal in a near one–to–one sequence with installation of replacement cameras to ensure continuous video coverage of the affected area.• Seal any unused building penetrations with appropriate weatherproof materials.• Remove end terminations from abandoned cabling; cable may remain in place.• Existing cables may be used as pull strings to aid the installation of new cables provided care is taken not to interfere with/damage other installed cabling or building infrastructure. Note that exiting cables do not terminate in the where the new cables will terminate• Simultaneous live viewing for multiple cameras• Recorded video search by date/time and location• Digital zoom• Browser–based platform preferred• Cloud, on–premise (with remote monitoring capability), or hybrid architecture permitted.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 17,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
