(1) Vendor needs to provide meeting room audio visual service to the government authority located in Plymouth, NC. – Provide a complete, turn–key, partition–divisible sound, microphone, mixing, camera–tracking, and streaming system – fully programmed, commissioned, tested, and ready to use – per the basis of design.– The system must work as one large room when the partition is open and as two independents rooms when closed, automatically.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
