(1) Vendor needs to provide apprenticeship and monitoring compliance audit services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.• Conduct independent compliance monitoring and quality assurance of Registered Apprenticeship programs in accordance with federal and state requirements.• Follow up on all findings and deficiencies with documented action plans and clear timelines.• Conduct a minimum of 20% of reviews in–person unless otherwise approved by Commerce.• Verifying apprentices are receiving structured, progressive on–the–job training (OJT) in all phases of the apprentice able occupation.• Ensuring wage progression aligns with registered standards.• Monitor and interpret federal and state apprenticeship laws and guidance.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
