(1) Vendor needs to provide wheel concession operation services to the government authority located in Santa Clarita, CA– Establish a partnership with a qualified restaurant operator.– Provide diverse, appealing, and family–friendly food and beverage offerings.– Operate the restaurant and exterior window to support daily patrons and high–volume event traffic.– Maintain consistent operational quality, safety, and cleanliness.– Maximize long–term revenue opportunities for the City through a competitive concession fee structure.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
