(1) Vendor needs to provide Online Bookstore Platform for bookstore operation services.• Provide comprehensive bookstore operation services, including a hybrid campus store, online bookstore and integrated course materials solution. • Provide student support through appropriate channels, including in–store, phone, email, and chat support.• The Contractor shall support first–day, day–one, inclusive access, equitable access, or similar affordability models.• Improve student access to required course materials,• Digital content delivery and access programs.• Systems integration and reporting.• Preserve faculty academic freedom.• Maintain a visible and student–centered campus store presence.• AI–enabled study tools within course materials.• Modernize bookstore operations through current technology.• Improve reporting, transparency, and financial controls.• Real–time or near real–time inventory visibility.• Support both in–person and online learners. • Technology and Systems Integration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
