the Family and Social Services Administration Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (FSSA-OMPP) is withdrawing RFP 26-88343; Indiana Medicaid Managed Care Organizations. This decision has been taken to ensure compliance with IC § 12-15-5-17.5(c)(2). FSSA-OMPP anticipates reissuing the RFP in substantially the same form following receipt of feedback from the State Budget Committee, most likely by November 9, 2026. We anticipate the reissued RFP will make minimal changes to the timeline of the current RFP (including the January 1, 2029, go-live date for new contracts) and will be published with an exhibit containing a summary of any changes from RFP 26-88343.
