(1) Vendor needs to provide digital platform design, development and implementation solution. • Comprehensive digital platform to modernize its statistical production and data management capabilities, addressing longstanding structural gaps including fragmented information sources, manual processes, limited traceability, and weak data governance. • The platform will integrate an internal intranet for data production and validation, an extranet for structured interaction with reporting companies, and a public dissemination portal offering open data and API access, all underpinned by a unified institutional data model, formal governance mechanisms, and enterprise architecture principles ensuring scalability, interoperability, and long–term sustainability.• Data capture and integration.• Processing and validation.• Data modeling and analytics.• The development of internal, external, and public dissemination platforms.• End–to–end traceability, interoperability, and operation on cloud infrastructure.• The solution must be compatible with international standards for statistical data exchange (SDMX) and comply with current laws and regulations regarding data management, information security, digital government, and digital transformation applicable to a Chilean government institution.
