Streetscape Phase II Project 0810-2026 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Design, Construction Administration, and Observation Services The City of Washington, North Carolina, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional services for Phase II of the Downtown Streetscape Project. The selected firm will provide services related to the design and preparation of construction plans, cost estimating, bidding assistance, construction administration, and construction observation for the continued redevelopment of the downtown streetscape.
