(1) Vendor needs to provide investment management services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Investment Manager to provide comprehensive investment management services.– Provide comprehensive investment management services for its approximately three–billion–dollar portfolio, comprising operating funds and capital project funds.– Invest portfolio funds on a discretionary basis within the parameters of applicable Nevada Revised Statutes, the District’s Investment Program, the Cash and Investment Manager (C&I) and Investment Committee’s direction.– Send trade/transaction confirmations to the C&I Manager, Treasury Analysts, and custodial bank. – Provide the C&I Manager a brief explanation and justification of buys and sells. – Monitor portfolio’s credit exposure risk, and report material events to the C&I Manager.– Provide a comprehensive monthly report including portfolio holdings and investment accounting, portfolio analysis, compliance, performance, and realized gains and losses.– Provide a monthly report which includes the par value, original cost value, book value, market value, rating, coupon, maturity, issuer, and settlement date for each individual security.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
