Vendor needs to provide adult summer programming camp riverview program service to the government authority located in Scotland, MD. – Provide a Program Manager who shall organize all aspects of the program in conjunction with the CA, which includes the logistics, run of show, supplies, equipment and securing vendors and entertainment. – Provide one photographer and one videographer for each scheduled event.– Utilize a high–end professional grade mirrorless camera and lenses, preferably Sony for on–site photography, capturing the entirety and essence of each event.– Provide on–site videography, drone footage and engagement with audience members via mini interviews. – Provide a yoga/meditation instructor for sound bath and, or reiki for each scheduled event.– Provide a naturalist for each scheduled event.– Provide a bird watching instructor for each scheduled event.– Provide a forager instructor for each scheduled event.– Provide a garden instructor for planting of flowers/vegetation, tree planting, garden planting for each scheduled event. – Provide a canoe/paddle boat Instructor for each scheduled event.– Provide an astronomy instructor for one evening astronomy session during each scheduled event.– Provide one Vocal Artist, one Local Headliner, Local band, one DJ and one Master of Ceremonies (MC) for each scheduled event.
