(1) Vendor needs to provide seasonal grass cutting maintenance work service to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.• All lawn areas will be mowed, have weed eating, and blowing of sidewalks and parking lots twice a month (weather permitting) during the growing season.• Landscape equipment appropriate to the terrain should be used to ensure a manicured look.• Trimming of shrubbery, bushes, and other landscape plants as needed to maintain a neat and well–maintained appearance• The Institution is seeking a bidder to provide and install mulch in designated landscape beds and areas as directed by the Institution• Mulching shall include furnishing, delivery, installation, and proper placement of the specified mulch material.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
