(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm service to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – An initial assessment of the organizational priorities and formulation of a position profile and the recruitment strategy.– The recruitment plan must reach a national audience and must pay particular attention to the recruitment of individuals from currently and historically marginalized populations.– Develop and execute a national recruitment strategy, including an advertising and marketing strategy, which will seek qualified applicants and nominees.– Conduct an active national search to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates.– Implementation of the recruitment strategy.– Provide executive search and recruitment services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 08, 2026.
