(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in North Charleston, SC. • Daily cleaning requirements:– Remove trash and debris from floors and surrounding areas.– Empty waste receptacles and replace liners.– Sweep and/or vacuum floors, entry mats, and all applicable floor surfaces.– Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, countertops, and other plumbing fixtures.– Clean and disinfect high–touch surfaces, including door handles, stall doors, dispensers, and push plates.– Remove trash and debris from floors, surrounding areas and bleachers.– Empty waste receptacles and replace liners.• Weekly cleaning requirements:– Perform detailed cleaning of all common–area floors.– Vacuum edges, corners, and areas that are difficult to reach during routine cleaning.– Perform detailed cleaning of partitions, doors, walls, baseboards, and other surfaces.– Detail–clean around toilet and urinal bases.– Perform detailed cleaning of the gymnasium floor. – Remove accumulated dirt and scuff marks.– Detail–clean floor edges, corners and perimeter areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid conference and walk through will be held on September 9, 2026.
