CSE-25068 - USA (Spavinaw, Oklahoma) - Cable Barrier Security Fencing System - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cable barrier security fencing system to the government authority located in Spavinaw, OK.• High–tension cable barrier breakaway fence approved by the State of Oklahoma. – Minimum of Tier 3 level fence. – Fence to be installed between flowline and Highway 20. – There will be a break in fence at existing southeast gate of the state park driveway. – Fence will be 3 ft from white line until the break in the fence at southeast gate of the state park (approximately 1,645 ft). – From the southeast gate towards agency Dam, the fence will be a straight line to the existing fence post (approximately 475 ft). – Approximately 45 ft of the fence will need to be hand dug or hydro excavated due to the proximity of the flowline. Area is shown in red. If hydro excavation is the chosen method, agency must give approval to method and precautions taken so as not to affect the highway. – All equipment and trucks must stay off flowline during duration of project. – A traffic control plan must be submitted by Seller and approved by agency prior to beginning work. – Any damage done to highway during installation of fence must be repaired by Seller. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–Bid Conference will be held on November 10, 2026.
