(1) Vendor needs to provide civil engineers service to the government authority located in (Port Arthur, TX. • Provide engineering design services for the civil infrastructure portion of the City projects, including pavement, drainage, utilities, etc. • Provide Project Management services to oversee and coordinate the various items of work within the project, including review of activities of subcontracted engineers, if applicable.• Assist in the preparation of formal Contract Documents• Provide routine horizontal and vertical controls for use by Contractor to do his detailed construction staking.
