(1) Vendor needs to provide exhibit design services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Virginia.– Services may support permanent gallery renovations, special exhibitions, traveling exhibitions, gallery refreshes, graphic design, design development, fabrication–ready documentation, and related exhibit–design coordination.– Special exhibitions, generally on view for nine to twelve months, with varying subjects, artifact requirements, graphics, and visitor experiences.– Creation of traveling exhibitions and associated modular, durable, transportable, and reproducible design documentation when authorized by a Project Order.– Gallery refreshes and incidental design services addressing newly acquired artifacts, updated scholarship, revised graphics, accessibility improvements, or interpretive enhancements.– Provide available interpretive plans, visitor outcomes, historical content, label copy, artifact selections, collections information, and image research applicable to the Project Order
