(1) Vendor needs to provide lean six sigma trainer services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– provides approximately 200 specialized inpatient, residential and treatment programs and services for people with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, chemical dependency and brain injury that other providers to not serve. – Community Based Services– Forensic Services– Mental Health & Substance Abuse Treatment Services– Outpatient Care– Minnesota Sex Offender Program–Person–centeredness, quality, safety, partnership, equity, accountability. – Work with to define certification criteria and assessment tools for each belt level to align with strategic priorities and continuous improvement culture. – Provide pathway for both non–project certification and a project–based certification– Program sessions will include interactive exercises and case simulations. Training material should include real–life examples, theory, and break–out examples that apply to participants’ project. – Raining sessions will be offered in multiple, flexible training formats, including: in–person, virtual, instructor–led and hybrid models.– Provide up to hours of coaching, mentorship and one–on–one project support for each participant, to be scheduled through virtual office hours. – Provide certificate to participants at the successful completion of the Green Belt course. Successful completion determination will be a collaboration between and the Responder.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
