Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide ELISA cube system to the government authority located in Lenexa, KS.• Must have the ability to run two assays simultaneously, this can be accomplished by either running two assays at the same time on a single plate or running two assays at the same time on two different plates.• Systems should allow for simultaneous assay runs even when the assays have different timing schemes. • Automatically performs complete ELISA workflow: sample aliquoting, reagent aliquoting, shaking/mixing, dark incubation, washing, and plate reading.• Supports competitive, indirect, and sandwich ELISAs including small–molecule toxins.• Allows custom assay templates and/or is compatible with Saxitoxin, Anatoxin–a, Cylindrospermopsin, Microcystis, Glyphosate, Caffeine assays.• Platform must be validated for Environment & Water ELISA kits, including: Saxitoxin, Anatoxin–a, Cylindrospermopsin, Microcystis, and Glyphosate– Analytical & Spectrophotometer Specifications• Integrated LED spectrophotometer with 5 filters: 405, 450, 490, 550, 630 nm.• Photometric range: 0–3.0 OD.• Resolution: 0.001 OD; Precision ≤ 1% to 2.0 OD; Linearity < 1% (0–2 OD).• PMT detection (glow): 300–500 nm spectral range; dark count ≈ 50 cps; integration 100–1000 ms; dynamic range 6 decades. • Spectral range: 400–700 nm; Read time ~2 min/plate.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
