EXTRA-71825 - USA (Oakland, California) - Project Approval and Environmental Documentation Services - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide project approval and environmental documentation services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA.• Project Administration and Coordination– The Consultant shall perform overall project administration and coordination activities including, but not limited to:• Contract administration and compliance with Caltrans, agency, and local agency requirements.• Preparation and submittal of monthly progress reports summarizing work performed by task and subtask, key accomplishments, schedule status, critical issues, identified risks, and planned activities for the upcoming reporting period.• Preparation and submittal of monthly invoices, including task level budget tracking and reconciliation of percent complete versus percent billed.• Coordination with Caltrans District 4 functional units, agency (as applicable), local jurisdictions, and external stakeholders.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026(4) Optional Pre–Proposal meeting will be held on July 9, 2026,
