CLEANING-13792 - USA (Washington, DC) - Cleaning Supplies - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning supplies to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – All products should be new, unused, and of good commercial quality.– Products shall comply with applicable Vietnamese laws, regulations, safety requirements, and labelling requirements.– Cleaning chemicals shall be supplied in their original manufacturer packaging and shall include appropriate product identification, usage instructions, and safety information where applicable.– Products shall have sufficient remaining shelf life at the time of delivery. Expired, damaged, leaking, or improperly packaged products will not be accepted.– Where a specific brand or model is requested, the Contractor shall provide the exact product specified or an equivalent product only when approved by the U.S. Embassy.– The Contractor shall ensure that products are properly packaged to prevent damage, leakage, or contamination during transportation and delivery.– The Contractor shall provide product information, including manufacturer, brand, model/product number, and country of origin, when requested.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
