(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive space planning services to the government authority located in Andover, MA. • The assessment include surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other methods of gathering input.• Analyze relevant data and existing documentation, including: memorial hall library’s strategic plan and identified priorities.• Conduct a space needs and workflow analysis of the library’s existing spaces to determine the optimal use of physical space in support services, collections, programs, staff functions, and community needs.• Prioritized recommendations based on need, impact, feasibility, cost, and alignment with the Library’s Strategic Plan• Potential grants and funding opportunities for implementation of selected improvements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
