(1) Vendor needs to provide facility operations vehicle branding services.• Provide professional vehicle branding decal services for University–owned vehicles. • Remove existing decals, stickers, graphics, adhesive residue, and obsolete branding from vehicles.• Utilize removal methods that do not damage painted surfaces, clear coat finishes, trim, or vehicle body components.• Remove residual adhesive and clean surfaces prior to installation of new graphics.• Produce all decals and graphics in accordance with provided artwork and branding standards.• Coordinate with Facilities Operations and Marketing and Communications, if required, regarding final artwork files and logo usage standards.• Scale graphics proportionally as necessary to accommodate varying vehicle makes and models while maintaining overall branding consistency.• Install graphics in strict accordance with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices.• Ensure all graphics are level, aligned, properly positioned, and free from wrinkles, bubbles, lifting edges, contamination, or visible defects.• Perform installations using trained personnel experienced in commercial fleet graphics applications.• Logo positioning(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
