(1) Vendor needs to provide proprietary service to the government authority located in Westborough, MA.– The visits will primarily address issues in the service log, perform scheduled routine maintenance of host, routine maintenance of network controllers and respond to work as directed as part of the visit.– Provide Emergency Onsite Response within 4 hours of receiving notification for emergency service, 365 days/yr, 24 hours/day.– Monthly preventative maintenance and repair contract for the building automated control system, a computerized, intelligent network designed to monitor and control the mechanical, electronics, and lighting systems.
