Durand Area School District is requesting proposals for the purchase and installation of the following technology: Devices 11 - Extreme Networks Switches 5420-48P-8XE with configuration and installation 11 - Extreme Networks power cable - NEMA 5-15 to IEC 60320 C15 11 - Extreme Networks speed upgrade license, if needed 2 - Aivo Networks antenna with configuration and installation Optics 8 - LR SFP+ Optics - Extreme Networks Part Number -10302 Cables 12 - SFP+ DAC Cables (0.5M) - Extreme Networks Part Number-10G-DACP-SFP-0.5M 12 - SFP+ DAC Cables (1M) - Extreme Networks Part Number -10304 6 - LC/LC OS2 Fiber Patch Cables (3M) - FIBER-OS2-LCLC-3M 6 - SC/LC OS2 Fiber Patch Cables (3M) - FIBER-OS2-LCSC-3M Basic Maintenance Basic Maintenance for 155 Ruckus APs only. Up to 20 hours allocated, to be billed hourly as used. Service Dates: 7/1/2027 - 6/30/2028 Basic Maintenance for wireless controller. Up to 20 hours allocated; billed hourly as used. Service Dates: 7/1/2027 - 6/30/2028 1. Installation to be done by the vendor. 2. All items should include licenses. 3. The project is located in multiple buildings: a. Durand High School b. Durand Middle School c. Robert Kerr Elementary d. Bertha Neal Elementary 4. Vendor must include erate SPIN. 5. Reimbursement to be done by the vendor with the SPI method. 6.
