GIS-2011 - USA (Washington) - Work Order Survey and Aerial Mapping Services - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide work order survey and aerial mapping services to the government authority located in Washington.– Shall provide surveying and aerial mapping services, which may include data collection tasks related to pre–project site and as–built surveys, legal boundary descriptions of easements and parcels with field staking and formal recording of survey, bathymetric surveys, aerial photogrammetry and light distancing and ranging (LiDAR). – Survey and aerial data will be used to produce topographic base and as–built mapping– Be provided in AutoCAD digital format as well as PDF files. In addition, final setsfor archives shall be provided as Tagged Image Files (TIF).– Computer–aided–design (CAD) files shall be prepared with AutoCAD Civil 3D2025 or earlier, Architectural 3D, MEP, or AutoCAD 2021. CAD files shall beprepared in accordance with county CAD Standards.– Shall include a graphic bar scale.– Be provided on County SharePoint site, or other cloud–based site, portable storage device, or other electronic media as approved by the Project Representative (PR).– Microsoft Word documents shall be provided as one file per section and shall be modified and updated using Track Changes.– Provide professional land surveying services to prepare maps of existing conditionsincluding boundaries of parcels and features, topography, vegetation, water features,structures, utilities, and other features with certification– Collect topographic data at a sufficient density to create surface maps, e.g., at 1–footcontour intervals.– Provide as–built surveying at project sites.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on August 19,2026.
