This project provides for a multi-phase, comprehensive interior remodel of the Hale Building. Phase II includes design and renovation of the 1st floor Historical Public Permit Services Center with all associated back of the house office space. Additionally, third floor staff offices and conference room spaces are included in Phase II. The renovations include accessibility compliance upgrades, installation of energy efficient and water saving fixtures for Title 24 compliance, and building security measures. In addition, the scope of the work includes purchasing new furniture throughout the 1st and the 3rd floors.
