(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–qualified technical registrants list service to the government authority located in Gilbert, AZ. – Provide development of a list of pre–qualified technical registrants to complete designated projects.– Provide prospective firms with the opportunity to indicate interest in being considered for work and to establish areas of interest, expertise, and experience, as allowed by policy.– Provide with a technical registrant database (by interest and qualification) that will be used to develop shortlists with no further advertisement related to services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
