(1) Vendor needs to provide parkway master plan study update services to the government authority located in Georgia.• Land use and zoning recommendations that promote a diverse mix of residential, retail, office, mixed–use, institutional, and open space – including revised land use regulations needed to address redevelopment opportunities in the area.• Diverse housing and commercial type recommendations with anti–displacement and affordability strategies for residents and local businesses, financing mechanisms and public–private partnerships.• Transportation demand reduction measures including connectivity and accessibility through trails, open space, transit infrastructure, and multimodal improvements to lower auto–dependency and increase overall air quality.• Recommendations for context appropriate sustainable strategies such as advanced technology, stormwater management systems, and vegetative landscaping.• Safety enhancements to increase mobility including streetscape, sidewalks, and roadway improvements through placemaking and various complete streets efforts.• Continuity of local streets in study area and development of a high connectivity street grid.• Connectivity of transportation system to enhance regional connectivity and access.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) A Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
