Description

The Work consists of new construction and renovation to an existing site that hosts Tuckahoe Little League. The project will include the construction of two (2) new fully accessible restrooms and associated utility infrastructure; one (1) newly constructed asphalt parking lot with accessible parking, curb and gutter, storm sewer, site lighting, and landscaping; two (2) renovated asphalt parking lots with new paving, storm sewer, curb and gutter, site lighting, and landscape; construction of a new dumpster enclosure; new asphalt multi-use trails, sidewalks, and pedestrian bridge; and the construction of a new accessible community playground. Project scope will also include utility infrastructure (water and sanitary sewer installation), trail, parking lot, and playground site lighting, earthwork and site grading, stormwater piping and BMP installation, and concrete flat work. All supporting activities required to complete the project will be included, such as DEQ/USACOE permit compliance, Henrico County POD compliance, tree clearing, stormwater improvements, landscaping, landscape architectural components, and site lighting. The project is located at 2400 Little League Drive, Henrico, VA 23233.
