(1) Vendor needs to provide furnish aquatic center painting services to the government authority located in Warren, MI.• The project consists of surface preparation, repair of damaged areas, priming where required, and application of high–performance coatings designed for high–humidity natatorium environments.• The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:• All areas not receiving paint shall be masked or covered• Ceiling preparation and painting• Wall preparation and painting• Minor drywall repairs• Column preparation and painting• Staff Room preparation and painting• Protection of all adjacent finishes and equipment(2) The contract period will be for one year.
