Vendor needs to provide courier services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• The contractor shall assign sufficient back–up couriers in case there is an unexpected incident that affects the primary courier’s duty to perform (e.g., illness, vehicular breakdown, vehicle accident involving the contractor’s personnel, major road closings, and acts of nature etc.).• The contractor shall provide a valid U.S. state driver’s license, social security card, valid U.S. permanent resident card, and proof of United States citizenship, and privacy training certificate for all courier personnel to the program office two weeks prior to starting the courier service.
