Youth and Young Adult Vaping Cessation

The Agency wants assistance that will provide a customized version of a mobile text-to-quit or virtual vaping cessation program to help curb e-cigarette use among teens and young adults. The Goal is to prevent initiation among youth and young adults and provide cessation if tobacco and vaping usage occurs. The program should be teen and young-adult-focused vaping cessation. The program must be evidence-based and proven to reach youth and young adults. The Contractor should be able to provide a record of success, success stories, enrollment numbers, etc. The contract award is contingent on the availability of funds and performance by the Contractor. The contract is estimated to begin on Period of Performance - Start and end on Period of Performance - End .
