(1) Vendor needs to provide professional land surveying services to the government authority located in Utah. – To provide professional land surveying services for district–owned properties. – Services will be performed on an as–needed basis for existing facilities, new construction, property acquisitions, boundary verification, easements, and other District projects.– Boundary surveys – Land Title Surveys – Topographic surveys – Existing conditions surveys – Construction staking – Record of Survey preparation – Easement and right–of–way exhibits – Legal descriptions – Parcel mapping – Property line verification – Monument recovery and replacement – Utility location coordination – Survey support for capital construction projects – Survey support for property acquisitions and dispositions (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
