Vendor needs to provide actuarial services to the government authority located in Ohio.• An evaluation of the accuracy of the following elements:• Revenue streams needed for solvency of the fund and to support the liabilities of the fund.• Liability estimates.• Administrative and general expenses.• All other cash flow projection components.• An evaluation of the present and prospective fiscal soundness of the fund that utilizes the present bonding and severance tax structure.• An analysis that projects the fiscal soundness of the Fund using alternative bonding and severance tax structures.
