(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Dauphin Island, AL. • HALLWAYS– Clean & disinfect all “high touch” areas (e.g. doorknobs, door handles, push bars, light switches, etc.)– Sweep all accessible floors– Wet mop floor all accessible floors – once per week– Dust all accessible surfaces – once per week• MAIN ENTRANCE– Clean & disinfect all “high touch” areas (e.g. doorknobs, door handles, push bars, light switches, etc.)– Vacuum, inside entry rug– Empty trash and replace liner– Sweep floors– Wet mop floors– Clean entry glass windows/doors– Clean & disinfect service counter & window– Clean front, non–entry windows – once per month– Dust chairs, windowsills, center display shelves, pictures, television, & flagpole bases – once per month(2) Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on September 29, 2026.
