(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based human resource management system.– The solution must also ensure compliance with local country employment laws and HR policies, fully secure data handling, and is configurable to support evolving HR needs.– Ability to create and maintain future–state organisational structures with controlled access limited to designated users.– Ability to attach and manage job descriptions within the organisational structure.– Vacancy creation and approval workflow management. – Candidate application tracking and management throughout the recruitment lifecycle.– Automated candidate communications, including acknowledgements, interview invitations, offers and regret notifications.– Host and manage a public–facing careers portal.– Ability to create and track status of onboarding tasks.– Ability to set alerts for probation due date.– Ability to record/save exit interview feedback.– Ability to record and maintain personal details and emergency contacts per employee record.– Ability to integrate with MS Entra ID for sharing employee profile photo.– Ability to create and track a development plan against employee to help them get to their goal.– Ability to configure and maintain case types, categories and related classifications to support organisational case management requirements.– Ability to create, manage and assign cases to designated case managers, with cases linked to the relevant employee record.– Ability for case managers and task assignees to update task status, record notes and monitor progress against individual tasks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
