The Town of Banff (the “Town”) invites proposals for consulting services to review and provide recommendations on Heritage Resource Action Plan (HRAP) Tactics 30 and 31. The services will support Council’s identified 2026 priorities for advancing the HRAP, including a review of the Banff Heritage Corporation’s mandate and governance, and research into potential municipal or community-based models for acquiring and preserving heritage properties.
